Bistro Set Pairings
Now that the weather is nice I’ve started taking my coffee out to the front porch while Axel takes his morning nap. This new little habit inspired me to take advantage of the concrete slabs we have flanking our front stoop and create a little french cafe situation with a bistro table and chairs!
I purchased this gorgeous marble bistro accent table awhile ago and paired it with these really affordable black chairs. To make it feel a little more cohesive, I tied these striped, tufted chair pads on each chair that added so much extra charm (and comfort). Just add coffee!
I should note, we do plan on eventually renovating the front exterior of our home. The concrete slabs ands steps are cracking and the rusted iron railing leaves much to be desired. In my dreams, I see a bluestone front porch, or maybe brick, with lots of pretty landscaping. Until then, I am embracing the current situation and fully enjoying our little bistro setup.

David and I have ended up loving our simple setup so much that we often find ourselves out here relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day or eating our dinner “al fresco” and pretending we’re in a quaint little restaurant in Paris. Safe to say, taking advantage of an unused space and turning it into something special is always a good idea!
